IL WOOD WORTH
ELEGANCE IN THE NAME OF RATIONALITY, CLARITY AND SYMMETRY.
The charm of the neo-renaissance style. Simple facades with regular patterns of symmetrical openings and windows, and a central bow window supportedby corbels.
Located at the corner between via Sallustiana and via Quintino Sella, Villino Wood Worth was designed in the austere neo-Renaissance style.
Initially constructed with three floors above ground, the building subsequently had the addition of another floor thereby achieving remarkably spacious interiors.
Over the years the original interiors have faded away, except for the beautiful spiral staircase that leads to the top floor whilst creating a pleasant and hypnotic effect.
The layout of each floor is dictated by rationality and efficiency: a central corridor separates two rows of rooms, which have been used as offices during recent years.
